1. What Coco is
Coco is an AI travel concierge that answers questions about Koh Samui and can be embedded by hotels and villas as a white-label concierge. By using the website or chat you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. AI accuracy — please read
Coco's answers are generated by AI and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Prices, opening hours, ferry times and availability change frequently and are indicative only — always confirm directly with the operator or venue before booking or travelling.
Coco does not provide professional, medical, legal or safety advice. For safety-critical activities — especially scuba diving, boat trips and water sports — follow the instructions of a qualified, certified operator. Do not rely on Coco for dive tables, medical fitness, weather safety or emergency decisions.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Coco is free for travellers. To fund the service, some booking links Coco displays are affiliate links to partners including Viator, Klook, GetYourGuide and Booking.com. If you book through them, Coco may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay and does not determine which operator is safest — always choose based on your own judgement and the disclaimer above.
4. Acceptable use
- Use Coco lawfully and don't attempt to abuse, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don't submit others' personal data without a lawful basis.
- We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic to protect the service.
5. Hotel / partner terms
The 14-day free trial requires no credit card and can be cancelled anytime. After the trial the service is 3,500 THB per month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may cancel with notice; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coco and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated answers, from bookings made with third-party operators, or from service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Some consumer-protection rights (including under EU law) apply regardless of these terms.
7. Third-party bookings
Any booking you make is a contract between you and that operator or platform, subject to their terms. Coco is not a party to it and is not responsible for the operator's performance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
